SHIPPING & HANDLING
We offer free global shipping on all of our orders...we take care of the international taxes and duties!
Our designers and merchandisers work with manufactures across the globe so we ship from international locations. Once you place an order it will be fulfilled within 2-5 business days of purchase (M-F), unless otherwise noted. Please allow 12-20 days for delivery. Processing time for custom/handmade pieces may take longer, details of which can be found in the product description and your order confirmation. You will be charged at the time the order is placed.
When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
On the rare occasion an item may get held up in customs and additional taxes or duties will be required, if this happens, the customer is responsible for these additional fees.EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Expedited shipping is available, depending on the country of origin the fees range between $20.00-$35.00. Please contact us at info@CrushLuxe.com if you are interested in expediting an item.
CrushLuxe cares about its customers, so if you receive a product and you are just not happy with your purchase, we will accept returns for a full (or in some cases a partial) refund, unless marked as a final sale or otherwise noted.
Items may be returned up to 15 days after receipt.
Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, unaltered, and include any labels, tags and the original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
To begin the return process please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your original invoice, the reason for your return and enter the order # in the subject line of the email.
We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
You will receive an email notification from CrushLuxe when we receive and process your return. Please allow up to 15 days for your return to be processed. Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to process.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive an item that is damaged please notify us within 7 days of receipt at email@example.com. Please include a picture of the item if possible. At this time we can only process exchanges for the same item. Please include a copy of your invoice, the reason for the exchange and enter the order # in the subject line of the email.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Returning an order that included a free gift? Please be sure to include it with your return, or your refund will be adjusted to reflect the retail price of the gift.
